Create quote

https://app.partner-testing.joinroot.com/bind_api/v3/quoting/quote

Creates a new quote. A quote can be created with no data. Data can be provided up to a full description of the profile and coverages. Updates to this quote should be made on the PUT /v3/quoting/quote/{quote_id} endpoint.
